Rehabilitative Pilates
Our instructors have backgrounds in massage therapy, physical therapy, and other movement disciplines. This gives them the skills to modify sessions for a client recovering from an injury once cleared by MD for exercise. Our fully equipped studio allows us to utilize a variety of apparatuses to assist with restoring movement and function in your body.
Pilates for Athletes
Pilates is a great complimentary form of exercise to enhance athletic performance through a tailored program that’s sport specific. It can be used to further improve stability and mobility within joints to allow for improved athletic performance with guidance from an instructor.
Pre/ Postnatal Pilates Sessions
Prenatal Pilates can be designed specifically for the accommodating needs of an expectant mother to assist with managing symptoms that can occur with pregnancy. It is a controlled form of exercise that develops whole body strength and stability. Postnatal Pilates can also help with the recovery process and assist in reconnecting with your body. It can also help with healing from common issues associated with postpartum recovery, such as diastasis recti.
Pilates for Osteoporosis

Our instructors are fully certified and aware of precautions related to an osteoporosis diagnosis. This enables them to safely plan a Pilates program within these constraints.
