Join us for a four-week introduction to Pilates designed to help you feel confident, strong, and supported in your practice. Each session focuses on essential techniques, proper alignment, and safe movement patterns so you can build a solid foundation from the very beginning.Throughout the series, you’ll gradually develop core strength, improve flexibility, and enhance body awareness. This program will guide you step-by-step toward better posture, increased stability, and a stronger mind-body connection.

In this essential session you will discover the complete, integrated path to reclaiming your energy, strength, and confidence!

Do you actively practice Pilates and wonder what all the fuss is about yoga? Or maybe you’re a yogi curious what is involved in Pilates? While both practices were stemmed at totally different times in history and separate continents, there are a lot of areas that they intersect. Both offer strength, flexibility and mindful movements with controlled breathing. While most people tend to stick with one or the other, both practices truly support each other. This all levels 75 minute class intertwines both modalities for a fresh dive into the potential they each offer.

This class blends restorative movement & Myofascial release using the foam roller to ease tension from head to toe. Expect a grounding blend of supported postures, gentle mobility, and self-massage techniques. Perfect for recovery days or when you are craving a total-body reset. Is a wonderful way to reset the nervous system and feel better in your body.
