Pilates Small Group Classes
The classes are 5 person max. The class has everything you need in a workout packed into 1 amazing class! Focused on building whole body strength, developing flexibility, and stability while enhancing efficient and balanced movement patterns.

Pilates Mat Classes
In this class, you will perform mat exercises using your own body weight as resistance. These specific exercises are constructed to move the spine in all directions to achieve strength, flexibility, improve bone density, and joint health.

Private Pilates Sessions
One-on-one session tailored to meet your needs. Featuring a wide variety of pilates equipment that help you build up your core, strengthen your body, and have fun doing it.

Semi-Private Pilates Sessions
