Two hour deadline to sign up before class starts. If you have missed this deadline and would like to attend the class, please reach out to the instructor directly for availability.

Cancellation Policy: 

• We have a strict cancellation policy of 12 hours in advance for group classes and 24 hours in advance for private sessions from your scheduled appointment time.
  • If a private session is not cancelled within the time frame, you will be charged for the session.
  • If a group class is not cancelled within the specified time frame, you will be charged for the class from your pass or at the class drop-in                rate.

Thank you for your cooperation! While we are willing to make exceptions for true emergencies, our cancellation policies are consistently enforced for the following reasons:

• To be consistent and fair, treating all clients equally.
• To protect and account for the instructor’s time and compensation.
• To be as considerate as possible to the clients who are waitlisted for a class or appointment time.
